and increasing row,as in your um because the roast is you,know held by a different metrics and you,know one of the biggest metrics are the,cpms and the cost per click and class,and,you're going to see on,thousands of different accounts this is,actually the way that we come up with,strategies that work for us we have a,sheet that looks like this and you can,easily come up with a spreadsheet where,you have a base control testing strategy,like this one right here where you have,five ad groups three of them with,interest two no targeting and how you,can develop your strategy over time,especially when you're doing a lot of,tests is you can introduce a little bit,of chaos with having an independent,variable so for us when we're doing,split testing we always will do one,variable changing from our original,control group so in this instance with,this top column we did us with australia,for the targeting instead of us and,canada and then what we would do is,measure the results these are all fake,numbers by the way we would do this over,and over and over again over the course,of multiple months and this is how i,actually came up with this exact,strategy this isn't just me oh well i,think this is what's gonna work no this,is proven how you can actually develop a,strategy that works over time and you,can also do other split tests like doing,a combination of number one number five,so that would be us with australia while,also doing a cbo on to mark all of the,data because at the end of the day,you're gonna be biased and if you don't,have the numbers guiding your yo what's up boys uh so really this,whole entire video uh is just kind of,the show how I'm gonna launch some,testing ads um on Tick Tock uh for my,brand,um just for some social proof you can,see we did about uh 300K this month,um but yeah basically what we're gonna,be doing is um launching some ads that I,made so I just today put together,um three ads for testing,um and all of these were based off of a,previous winner,so I am going to Simply put them uh put,some ad spend behind them uh see if,they're performing and I just kind of,want to document that put that out there,how I do that so,um if this helps somebody it helps,somebody and great,um but yeah basically what I like to do,um at least in the recent days before I,I like to do,um bid ladders and do a lot of stuff,with bids but lately I've noticed that,just lowest cost works pretty well,um to test stuff out so you can see this,um this campaign right here that I ran,from December 6th performed pretty,nicely we had 24 CPAs 37 purchases with,that,um and I'm literally just going to be,recreating this entire campaign,um with the new ads so let's just go,ahead and do that what I'm going to do,is just create five ad sets identical,with those three ads,um and then just let them run and,tomorrow probably around,I mean it's right noon right now so in,about maybe nine hours maybe around nine,o'clock in the morning,um maybe around noon I'm gonna go ahead,check what's performing what's not,performing and kind of kill based off of,that,um yeah so what I'm gonna go ahead and,do is just create a duplicate,um of the best performing ad set that,has been working here so you can see,this guy right here,um I guess debatably is is the best,performing one so we're just going to go,ahead and duplicate this into a new,campaign,um I like to keep everything super,organized so I have,um I have like a media buying tracking,sheet over here,um that I'm going to populate and if you,guys want I guess a separate video to,see how I exactly do this,um I can do that but just for,simplicity's sakes and the fact that I,don't want this video to be 20,minutes long,um I'm just gonna just do this so we're,just gonna go ahead,um make the new campaign name I'm gonna,call this December 15th we're gonna name,this to whatever the ads are going to be,so this is going to be 380 to 382,um and we're just going to be doing,broad lowest cost and then I'm just,going to rename this to,380 382 broad we're not doing a bid and,then we're just changing this to V 380.,and we're just gonna go Boop to 382,perfect so kind of once we have that,documented that just allows me in the,future if I want to,go back to excuse me a certain day,um and figure out you know when a,certain ad was ran or whatnot that,allows me to do so we're going to create,five copies just because I want to test,different pockets of broad audience,um go ahead and copy that and then,campaign name continue,uh make sure your pixel selected,everything's I'm just going to leave,everything the same we're going to do,this at 100 budgets,um leave everything the same go ahead,click next,and I guess while that's loading I can,just kind of,um,it's already loaded,I was gonna play these but I can play,them when we put them in here uh so,let's go ahead remove the old ones,upload the new ones,grab this guy,drag drop,upload,uh let those upload typically as far as,text goes or the dis or the you know,description,um I like to keep this,um,with different winners so like I know,for example that this here is a is a,winning text copy,um we do have our 50 off promotion,ending soon so you know that's how we,that's how we set it up as,um and then your destination page,obviously you want to have that set up,as your page we have is just to show you basically what,ads are working so that you can modify,your videos to fit what's already,working out there so we're gonna be,using a tool here called mine EA or,minia whatever you guys want to call it,this is my favorite ad spy tool out,there so what's cool about this tool is,that we can look at Facebook ads,Pinterest ads and even Tick Tock ads so,we're gonna go to The Tick Tock ads tab,now before we begin here I do want to,say something real quick when we make,these videos or any video just try to,remember to expand your mind a bit like,try to think in a more abstract way when,you look at this stuff like try to use,your creativity to see how you can apply,these things to your business to your,life because honestly e-commerce is not,the only pathway that you can take in,order to make an income online right,like you could become an influencer you,could create a theme page you could use,these methods or these Trends and apply,them to really anything so so just,remember like the power of the internet,is insane and you can apply it in many,different ways not just the,self-physical products however most of,these ads are going to be physical,products and e-commerce and physical,products are an amazing business to,start but I just wanted to mention that,real quick so let's begin now again,we're on the tick tock ads tab here,let's filter by ads that already have a,lot of likes because you know we don't,want to see ads that are just starting,to get likes because that doesn't really,tell us anything right like we want to,make sure that these ads are working,like they're actually getting a lot of,Engagement because if they are getting a,lot of Engagement it means a lot of,people are spending money on them and,nobody in their right mind would spend,money on an ad if it's not performing,well at least you'd think so a lot of,e-commerce brands do do that nowadays so,here we have the first one what do you,want for dinner,Mortadella Pizza,she wants Pizza,and this guy is about to make it in a,really easy way so a few things we can,learn from this I mean you see the Fast,Cuts it's like not wasting any time here,it's just like good hook like oh I want,pizza and then it's just like making it,right away right like super quick,let's skip around here oh okay so look,at that that this is what the ad is for,is this pizza oven super smart ad here,because it doesn't look like an ad so,that's kind of the biggest thing that,you need to take away from this damn,that looks good I'm hungry and look at,the follow for more is placed right on,the profile pic so this is if you've,ever used Tick Tock which I suggest you,do make sure you start using it,regularly obviously not to just like,mindlessly scroll but to get inspiration,this is exactly where your profile pic,is shown so anyways that was honestly a,really good ad keep in mind again that,the ads that do the best are the ones,that don't look like ads let's check,this one out,foreign,do you want a cupcake no I'm allergic,take it from me,so as you see this is a really quick ad,like five seconds not even long at all,and see this is a great example of how,you can use tick tock ads in a different,way because this girl is just driving,traffic to her beacons page where she,has a bunch of different links and she's,trying to funnel people into her private,Community around people that have,allergies and eczema so super,interesting right and she's driving,traffic to this ad I'm guessing what,happened here is she had a viral video,on Tick Tock or a tick tock that was,starting to do well and then she,Amplified it with Tick Tock ads so,that's a super powerful strategy it's,actually called spark ads when you do,that so if you didn't know about that,now you know and that's definitely,something you can do to really increase,your reach so this dog is just like,being bougie,me that's funny people are so funny on,Tick Tock so Something That We're,noticing here is that quick videos are,starting to do better it's so much,easier to get someone to watch like a,five or seven second video than a 30,second video and if they watch it twice,that does a lot for the algorithm that,tells the algorithm that this video is,really good and then it pushes it to,more people so that's definitely,something you should be testing out like,really quick ads do you and Alex break,up what's going on guys noah brewer here,back again with another video and today,we're going to be talking about how to,quickly scale your winning product with,tick tock ads and shopify to 2 000 per,day in around a week now people have,been going crazy in my discord if you,haven't popped in my discord yet,definitely check it out the link will be,in the description about tick tock ad,scaling strategies and people that are,struggling to get past you know two to,three hundred dollars a day in revenue,and i just wanted to make a quick video,basically running down my exact strategy,on what i do after i actually find a,winning product because we talk a lot on,this channel about how to find a winning,product but we don't talk enough i feel,about what to do after you actually find,that winning product so this is a very,quick and easy strategy i don't think,scaling tick tock ads is that,complicated here's what i would like you,to do watch this video save it for your,next winning product on the next winning,product you find if you're following my,methods follow this scaling strategy,i've done it many many times over the,last one or two months and scaled,numerous stores past a thousand bucks a,day even in even a few past two thousand,dollars a day with these exact,strategies so let's have no more delays,and get right into the strategy itself,so i'm going to break this down by day,one step one however you want to look at,it the first thing that i want to say is,that how you launch your initial test,campaign matters which is why i said,that this video is great if you're,following all of my other strategies,because my testing strategy perfectly,lines you up to be able to scale using,this method so if you're testing,products using any other person's method,i don't know if transitioning into this,method is going to work but if you are,using my testing method which you can go,back and watch one of my previous videos,and learn what it is,then you can definitely follow this,strategy but i did want to say that that,you can't just start implementing this,you know mid wherever you are with your,campaigns if you're doing cbo's or you,know anything that i don't normally do,you can't really jump into this so,ideally you want to start with a,campaign a test campaign of five ad,groups at twenty five dollars per day or,five ad groups at forty dollars per day,now if you've been following this,channel you know that i was testing,products with 25 daily budgets on the ad,group level like i said if you want to,know more about my strategies i have,other videos on my channel that go in,depth on how i test products but more,recently i've been saying that testing,with 40 daily budgets is a little bit,better i think it allows you to make a,decision quicker if an ad group is,winning or not and you can turn them off,you know basically on the first day and,end up with multiple successful winning,ad groups halfway through your campaign,so this is a strategy that i really like,doing and this is what i recommend uh to,use to actually test your products um so,let's say that you ran your initial test,5x25 right let's just assume that you,did 25 daily budgets if you did 40 daily,budgets on day one you can just skip to,uh step two or day two of the scaling,strategy but if you started with 25,daily budgets the first thing that i,would probably do is make a new campaign,and try a five by forty dollar so same,exact thing the only thing different is,you're going to start with 40 budgets as,opposed to 25. honestly if it works with,25 budgets it's probably also going to,work with 40 budgets but i still think,that you should do it as an initial test,or an initial proof of proof of concept,to basically prove that 40 daily budgets,are actually going to work before you,try to scale them now how do you,actually analyze your 40 budget campaign,when an ad group hits 20 with no sales,so this is going to be about halfway,through uh the first day,just turn it off and just let the ones,that do have sales run,and the reason i make decisions so fast,is because usually in the past i've seen,winning products uh usually like two or,three of the ad groups will pop a sale,within the first 10 to 15 spent so in my,eyes if there's an ad group that has 20,spent without sales it's probably best,to just turn that off the only exception,that i would make to this role is if,you're halfway through your campaign and,your your average row as for the whole,campaign is really really good,then it might be smart to just let,everything run for a full day but most,of the times you're gonna have two to,three good ad groups and two two bad,ones no big deal just cut them and let,your good ones run for the rest of the,day now let's go into day two or step,two by the time you get to this point,you should have at least one five by,forty campaign that was successful and,profitable in some way and ideally you,have maybe one or two ad groups that are,actually profitable and remaining,profitable but i would

what is going on guys today i'm going to,be teaching y'all how to,properly set up a tick tock ad,conversion campaign,i'm going to be setting it this up for a,client so i thought i'd bring you along,for the ride,so let's get right into it as you can,see here we are,in the tick tock ad manager at the,dashboard level what we're gonna do,is actually click up here on campaign,and now that we're here all we have to,do is click on create,so for those of y'all that don't,understand how this is structured it's,basically a three-tier system you have,the campaign level,the ad group level and the ad itself,which would be the creative level,uh right now at the campaign level we,have five different advertising,objectives we have reach,traffic app installs video views and,conversions,for this specific campaign i'm gonna be,optimizing for conversions,one thing that i do suggest is keeping,your naming,as cleanly as possible um,this is going to help you understand,what campaign,which campaign is which and which ad,group is which and i'll give you some,suggestions on best practices,on how to actually label those here in a,second i'm not going to be split testing,at this level right here,the reason being is because i'm going to,be using automated creative optimization,for this which essentially,builds out an endless amount of ads for,me instead of me having to do it,manually,and it's my understanding if i do a,manual split test here,i can only use one ad in each split in,each ad group,so that's not something that i want i'm,just going to be doing that manually,down the line and i'll show you how i do,that and budget,we're going to be setting that at the ad,group level,click continue,awesome so as you can tell we have a,really shabby,ad group name i'm gonna leave that for,the time being uh,when i actually get further down the,line i'll come back and i'll edit that,and i'll show you why,but let's talk about placements when it,comes to placements i do suggest that,you,untoggle everything except for tick-tock,specifically,because as you can see right here right,off the bat uh vigo i'm going to go,ahead and zoom this,in why is that 80 oh my okay uh,vigo is only available in india hello is,in india as well,and pangol is in japan korea and taiwan,so those aren't countries that i'm,looking to target for this specifically,i'll give you a little bit more,information about what this product is,here in a second,or just right now so essentially what,i'm looking to advertise,is a um i'm sending people to an opt-in,page,and i'm trying to capture their name and,email uh the reason being,is simply because i'm it's a freemium,model it's a chrome extension,that helps college kids or kids,transitioning into college,better apply for colleges and get into,better colleges so that's sort of the,demo that i'm going after,and that's just the model of their,business now that being said we have to,select,our tick-tock pixel for those of y'all,that don't know what a tick-tock pixel,is,very simply put it allows you to track,different events and conversions on your,site,if you don't have this installed yet i,made a separate video on that and i'm,going to go ahead and link it down below,in the description definitely check that,video out beforehand,make sure that that's properly installed,because without that you won't be able,to track your campaigns you won't be,able to track the conversions on your,campaigns and essentially you're just,throwing stuff,up against the wall and seeing if it,sticks so,we're going to go ahead and select that,and just a brief explanation,as to how these events are set up it's a,two-step process so,one would be the page view which is this,link the opt-in form,and then the second one is the form,submission so the form submission takes,them to like a thank you page,and whenever they actually land on that,thank you page this event is triggered,specifically,so we're going to optimize for the form,submission because that's what we,want name just go ahead and name it,whatever your business name is,very simple one thing to note you do not,need a tick tock account to advertise on,tick tock,you just need a tick tock ad account,it's not like instagram or facebook or,anything like that,go ahead and upload a profile image same,thing just a profile picture that,represents your business,open that,awesome now category these next two,things,are really to allow tick-tock to further,understand,what your product represents what your,service represents,and who you're actually trying to target,so we're going to try and we're seeing so,these are just some examples of tick,tock ads that don't work there's a,common misconception that people have,it's that they're running facebook ads,they're getting good results and then,they want to use the similar content,that they have there on tik-tok because,they think it's just copy and paste and,to be honest with you it's not like that,using images or gifs on your actual,tik-tok ads are not going to increase,your conversions if anything it's,actually going to decrease your,conversion rates and actually raise your,overall cost per cpm,and you know you don't want your actual,tick tocks to look like ads and a big,motto that ticktock has is make tick,tocks not ads and that's the main,premise here you don't want to be,creating content that looks like this,where you have these overlays or these,big call outs of the you know specific,offer and like red you know these red,circles here or having you know the,branding on the side of this those types,of ads just scaling,down or do i say hey screw let's go the,other direction and scale up,okay got it and what about the audiences,were you always targeting female,yeah i mean so i i've played around with,uh female and male but you know the,brand sku is female that's just the,nature of it which is fine um but i,would be willing to test um,males as well you know i have some,creative that sort of tries to
