them results and not only that,but 2.91 billion monthly active users,are on facebook's products every single,month and that's a pretty incredible,number if you really think about it so,there's definitely a lot of opportunity,to reach the right audience and get,sales and over the years as you can see,the revenue has been growing pretty,dramatically and that's because,individuals and you know online,marketers understand facebook's a,powerful platform and they have access,to a lot of users information and that,really allows you to deliver the right,targeting and ads to your audience so,that way you can scale up your actual,you know online business,and we have tick-tock ads now and,they're starting to become more,important more than ever now because,they're growing at a rapid pace in fact,they're at over a billion monthly active,users already on their platform and mark,zuckerberg quite literally said tick,tock is so big as competition and,already is continuing to grow at quite should you start with facebook google,ads or tick tock ads that's one of those,questions which i constantly get asked,and i want to address this this video so,i know that there's a lot of confusion,in the drop shipping space about how,these platforms actually perform a lot,of people say that tick tock is the new,facebook a lot of people say that,facebook is saturated and basically a,lot of people actually don't even talk,about google so we're going to clear up,everything about those three platforms,and let's start with the first one so,the first platform i want to talk about,is google and there you have three,things which are actually very important,which are completely different than on,any other platform number one is it's,people who actively search for your,product all right so it's not like,facebook where you just throw a product,in their face and they like you you want,them to buy it it's very very different,for example a person google is just,something like,white table,they're gonna find a bunch of white,tables okay and that's a product which,you could actually sell if you're,basically on the very top and on the,first ranked products you're gonna be,able to generate just sales from active,people who want exactly your product so,it's actually pretty simple to get,people to buy because it's literally,them searching for it okay so they,actively search for your thing and then,we need to consider two things number,one,high ticket stuff works better on google,okay i wouldn't recommend going for,super low tickets obviously it works but,i wouldn't recommend going super low,ticket on google ads because anyways you,just pay for the click so basically the,person coming to your website,and there it's just way more sustainable,to actually make everything more high,ticket okay so the example of like like,literally a table which is huge and way,more expensive is actually a pretty good,one and i would never recommend selling,something like that on facebook however,on on google it actually makes sense and,those people who wear on your website,then you can retarget them on facebook,and start showing them the white table,on facebook then it makes sense but only,as a retargeting okay because it's again,people who search for a white table so,they want one and the last thing which,is very different from google to all the,other platforms is it's all about the,pictures okay the pictures here are so,much more important than on facebook or,on tiktok because you're not going to,have a video which explains everything,you're just going to have the person,searching for it seeing the product,clicking on it and then buying,immediately okay so there's no video ad,or no explanation and there it's also,very important to understand that you,don't have to re-explain the product,itself if it's a general one if it's,just if it's a logical product which it,does need like a lot of explanation,that's the product you want to sell,because if a person searching for a,white table and then they see some crazy,thing which is like added on like onto,the table and it has like those 25 extra,features they're not going to understand,what this table all can do because you,don't have the video yet and it's not,shown primarily you just see that it's,for whatever reason more expensive and,most people do then just click away and,don't understand that this table,actually has something more to offer so,that's google and now let's talk about,tiktok so the first very big positive,about tiktok is you're gonna get a lot,of cheap traffic okay so to get a person,from tick tock to face to to your store,is so much cheaper than actually getting,a person from facebook to your store,however and this is a big issue,traffic is not equal to sales 100 people,on your store doesn't mean that you're,going to make x amount of money it's not,that the conversion rate from tick tock,leads are is the same as the conversion,rate of facebook leads and that's the,issue here you need to understand that,the soft metrics don't really count if,you don't make money so you have cheaper,traffic but it's also shittier traffic,okay so it's lower quality traffic which,doesn't really work which you just need,to keep in mind okay so there is a,trade-off you're gonna have way lower,cpms and way lower conversion rates okay,those two things will happen for sure,now am i saying that tick tock is bad no,tick tock works for sure now i'm going,to give you a couple of niches which you,actually should use and which ones you,should avoid so really good one is,jewelry beauty fitness and some like,satisfying product so like those four,types of products are good all the other,things i would probably not start out,with i've just seen that the success,ratio is so much higher with jewelry,beauty,fitness and satisfying products okay,those four niches are the way to go,that's just what you start out with with,for whatever reason you don't have to,question it it just is proven to work,better for for whatever reason

hey welcome back into another video here,on the channel today,i'm going to be talking about what the,key differences are,between facebook ads tick tock ads the,platforms have,phenomenal differences between them,there's certain situations where you,could use both,but i want to outline the pros the cons,the differences and things that you're,aware of so you could,literally today go ahead and launch ads,on one of these platforms potentially,both if you know me if you follow the,channel for a while,you know that i always recommend,learning one thing first in an,advertising and marketing,world you are going to get the best,results when you dominate one platform,first the reason for that,is most paid ad platforms you know,outside of you know paying a youtube,influencer for a huge shout out,things like google ads facebook guys tic,toc anything like that where there's,pixels involved and it's data driven,if you can build a ton of data from tick,tock ads,and you also had your facebook and,google pixel on the store the whole time,well transitioning from tick tock to,facebook is going to be easy because you,already have,3 000 sales on the pixel season data,facebook knows who your customer is you,can build lookalike and retargeting,audiences right away,it's going to be an easy migration so,just keep that in mind really focusing,on one thing otherwise you kind of get,lost in the sauce as they say too,distracted now between the two platforms,there's huge differences number one,understand first and foremost that if,you go with facebook you will run into,problems with being disabled,for no reason restricted for no reason,and potentially banned,for no reason it got to the point where,about a year and a half ago i had to,start remote accessing other computers,on different servers,using dozens of other people's facebook,profiles across hundreds of different ad,accounts with multiple backup pixels on,everything,we're talking about an infrastructure,that costed about 65 000 to build,and about 15 000 a month to manage and,maintain,that's not advertising cost that is,structure cost,so that's what i had to do to get around,stuff because i was doing,nothing wrong i was selling stuff that,wasn't showing any skin,it wasn't remotely close to violin in a,policy but that's facebook for you it's,hard to explain and as someone who,you know if you don't run ads that might,sound crazy and weird to you but that is,truly just what the platform is be,prepared for a world of headaches,here's why facebook is a great option,though it's,really not that hard to master okay,excuse me there it's really not that,hard to make money with,anything like that is difficult to,master but it's a platform,that in my opinion is the lowest cost,to start if you want to start something,from scratch with tick tock ads or start,something from scratch with google,based on my experience it's going to,take you more money,to do that okay and there's certain,products on tick tock where it just,might pop off faster,but in my experience facebook at least,with the skills that i have is,pretty simple to get the ball rolling,with you know inside of our e-commerce,program we put a lot of attention on,facebook for a simple reason,any business owner that's getting,started you need cash flow,without cash flow your business can't,survive you need positive money coming,in,right total gross revenue expenses,there's your profit left you need a,profit margin with that you can now,venture into other things and it makes,making more money even easier because,now you can do all sorts of different,things that cost money,so facebook is probably going to be the,best option for you,if you are looking for extreme,consistency if you want to grow it,really slowly,and if you also want something that is,probably targeted towards a more,specific audience,and ideally an audience that's 35 years,old or older,that is the prime category my main brand,inside the health and orthopedic space,we service about 65 of our customers are,35 and above,the rest of those out of that 35,probably 25,of them are like probably 28 and above,so it's very,rare that they're in the 25 year old and,under,category it's very rare that that,happens and,this made tick tock ads not very,efficient because tick tock is just a,younger platform,that's all it is it's also a platform,that is very,general from an advertising perspective,so go go ahead open a business account,on tick tock,you can see it doesn't cost you anything,and you'll see instantly the similarity,how they literally ripped off facebook,and it's a it's a exact format copy,which makes it easy to run if you're,familiar with facebook but tick tock is,probably going to work the best for you,if you have a more,general viral organic type product you,know things that are,led light strips led light bulbs um,you're just crazy little phone cases,anything that can kind of go viral you,know like,the lighters that are electric and don't,use any gas or butane i sold like 600,grand

give TikTok a fair chance.,You'll be surprised at
some of the differences.,I'm gonna name five of them right now.,And these are the most notable differences,that I've seen with TikTok ads so far.,I've talked about this before,,but the very first thing
is the ad creative.,TikTok ads, the ad creative
is way different. Okay?,You have just two seconds to
grab somebody's attention,,hook them in real quick because
the content is so abundant.,What I do like about the ad
creative on TikTok is that,your ad creative takes up
the whole screen, okay?,So, once your ad is being viewed,by the potential customer or whoever,,is all about your ad at that moment.,So no other ad is really
gonna be popping up,on the screen except for yours.,It'll take up the full screen. Okay?,I'm talking about the technical stuff,of the ad creative here, right?,Because on Facebook, what I say before,,you can have so many options
to interact with the ad.,You can like, you can put a sad face,,you could put a crying emoji,
you could put angry emoji,,you can share the post, you
can comment on the post;,do whatever you really
please with somebody's ad,and forget the fact that,it's an ad in the first place, right?,On TikTok, you only
have about two options.,You can like, you can
view the person's profile,or you could go and comment, right?,Or ultimately what we want them
to do is click the ad. Okay?,So, it narrows down everybody's options,and that's very very useful,
especially in a day and age,where everybody's
attention span is so short,,you kind of have to give
them only a few options,and that's why I think
the click through rates,is a little bit on TikTok.,And that actually brings
me to my second point;,which is, if you have a really good ad,,like a UGC type of ad,,the click-through rates,and the engagement with that ad,is going to be very very good, right?,Because that's what the
platform is made for.,These are the types of ads,that you wanna put on the platform,,and that's the type of ads,that I've seen get most engagement.,You're usually gonna
get click through rates,that are very high,,but not only that, they're
gonna be very stable,and consistent, okay?,I've been able to get click
through rates as high as 8%,on the same exact product that
I'm advertising on Facebook,,which was getting a click through rate,of like 2% on Facebook, okay?,So there's some of the
big differences there.,Of course, you're gonna have to learn,how to use the platform itself,,but if you know how to do it,,it's gonna be very very useful for you,,it's going to be very very beneficial,for driving a customer,that doesn't know about
your business at all,,to actually considering you
and giving you a chance.,Now, once they clicked on the ad,,it's your job to turn them
from a visitor to a customer.,The third thing that I've
noticed about TikTok ads is,,the customer support is
actually great, okay?,It's phenomenal.,And I never thought I'd be saying this,about any ad platform,,but when it comes to customer support,and advertising and actually
helping the business owner,,I don't know if TikTok is
maybe doing this right now,because there's not so
many people advertising,on the platform so they
can afford to do so.,But, their support so far
to me has been very great.,Like it's been phenomenal.,I've had my account banned or not banned,,but I've had my account
suspended twice, okay?,One was for a billing issue
where the zip code was wrong,,and being that this is not
a US-based company, right?,That rings a lot of flags

find out,so a couple of weeks ago i shot a video,together with you guys,showing you exactly how i was setting up,our first ever tick-tock,ad campaign together remember that so,once we created that ad as well as the,creatives,when we ran the ad some of you asked so,what happened so this,is what happened okay today in this,video i'm going to walk you through an,exact apple to apple comparison meaning,we literally took the same ad put it on,tick tock and we took the same ad,and we put it on facebook by the end of,this video you will know,exactly what it is that you should be,doing and exactly what you should not be,doing,when it comes to tick-tock ads so let's,talk about,what happened the numbers which is the,winner,and you're gonna be able to see exactly,what it is that you need would,attend this live webinar,and after it's live this was an,automated webinar,um and after they attended that is when,they would head over to the checkout,page right so a simple,four-step typical webinar or,presentation funnel,so what we did was we created,an exact ad campaign with the same ad,creatives same video one on facebook,okay and then the next thing that we did,was we ran the same thing with the same,video same write-up same,ad creative on tick-tock okay which is,basically,the thing that we did together if you've,watched that video where we were,creating that tick-tock,video together and this ad over here,sent people to this,funnel okay so let's take a look at some,numbers,now that we understand the big picture,of the sales process,so on the screen you will see that this,ad campaign this is literally a new ad,account right so i'm literally,discovering this together with you guys,so that you can learn through,my mistakes and you don't have to go,through the usual trial and error,and you can see that on this,five day window we have spent about 2,600 now this is in ringgit malaysia is,the ad account where we created so for,those of you outside of malaysia if you take a look at this,number here which is the most,important number you can see it says cpa,now what is cpa it's basically your cost,per action,how much did it cost you to get a,specific action now this action could be,a sale it could be a lead it and in this,case here because of the,the funnel that i showed you this the,action was basically registering,for a a webinar okay so this is,basically about,eight dollars okay so heading back over,here,we can see that the action that we set,the conversion,for tick tock is approximately,eight dollars and by the way if you stay,till the started all right guys,i've been getting a lot of questions,about tick tock ads why i started trade,running tick tock ads,if i left facebook if i'm not running,facebook ads anymore,here's the thing i do still run facebook,ads i did not transition from facebook,ads,to tic tac ads what i did tic tac is,just another platform,to help me make more money that's just,how it is i keep getting a lot of,questions about oh why did you leave why,did you leave facebook i didn't really,leave facebook i'm just excited about my,new toy tick tock okay,it's just exciting so i keep talking,about it actually in this video i'm,going to be comparing tick tock ads,facebook ads screenshots of some of my,results with facebook,and tick tock and tell you what the,differences are,so let me show you exactly what they are,and what you can do,all right first thing i want to talk,about i have a screenshot from one of my,winning products,uh from facebook and i just kind of,wanted to summarize it and put them,together with,this is a tick tock screenshot from the,backend of,tick tock and then i kind of compare and,show you the differences,when it comes to a winning product and,actually these two products,are the same products that i've been,selling i just wanted to test it out on,tiktok and kind of get an idea of,how it would perform differently so here,on facebook as you can see,the cpm is about thirteen fourteen,dollars,fifteen dollars cpm is cost per thousand,impression,when you go to tick tock as you can see,the cpm,is about five dollars six dollars so,it's pretty cheap,cpm is really really cheap so one thing,that i can definitely,say is tic tac is still pretty new is,not as saturated not that i'm saying,that,is like you can't make money on facebook,but you have to be really smart,and try to advertise differently and,smarter,to be able to run um to be able to be,profitable on facebook,tic tac reminds me on facebook back in,2016,that finding a winning product was,extremely easy um,the ads would get approved you don't get,banned you don't we won't have any,problems,when it comes to these kind of stuff but,however one thing that i learned with,testing the same exact product on,facebook,tick tock and trying to scale them is,that on facebook you can scale it for,way longer with tick tock,the creative dies off after a while and,you need to create,more creatives and test with more,creatives,so you consistently have to be uploading,new videos making new videos and,uploading them to get that winning,product going,however when it comes to facebook you,can run that facebook,winning product for maybe a couple weeks,couple months,pretty long you know all right the,second thing that i want to kind of,mention is if you look at this,product is that your cost per unit link,click,is 33 29 27 actually,um this is pretty cheap for being,between 20 to 40 cents is pretty cheap,for facebook,most of the time my winning products are,around 70 cents 80 cents a little bit,under a dollar these days,you know facebook is getting more,expensive this is actually pretty cheap,for facebook,comparing to when you go down there for,tick tock,when you look at the clicks where the,clicks right here 18 cents 22 cents 13,cents,so it's more like between 15 to 22 cents,rather than here is more 24,to like 40 cents so it's a little bit,more expensive,and because it's a little bit more,expensive the conversion on tick tock is,actually way,lower so with facebook my average,conversion rate is about,let's say i have a winning product and,i'm scaling it my average conversion,rate is,anything between four percent to seven,percent sometimes,with the tick tock it's sometimes under,two percent because the clicks are,really really cheap,so you get a lot of cheap traffic into,your store however they're not the best,quality of traffic so they convert a,little bit,well much actually lower than facebook,ads which is not a big deal because,you're not spending crazy amount of,money you can advertise to the,public but if people end up clicking on,your ads so if you advertise from a tick,tock ad account and people click on your,name or on your profile picture they,will not end up on your regular tick,tock profile on which you post your,regular organic tick tocks from they'll,end up on your website or any call to,action that you have with this app so,advertising from a tick tock ad account,is not linked to your regular tick tock,account those are two different things,and people sometimes mix up having a,tick tock business account while having,a tick tock business center again two,very distinct things now in terms of ad,formats tick tock offers two formats in,which you can advertise from pictures,and videos which is very similar to,facebook's offering but in terms of,formats you obviously want to opt for 9,by 16 ratio on tick tock because usually,those are full screen ads and as opposed,to facebook where there's many different,placements on which you can have your,ads it's pretty much only feed on tick,tock you can also pick their partners a,bit like with facebook which you can,advertise on their partner platforms but,if you advertise on the regular tick,tock fee you'll definitely want to,prioritize videos as photos will,definitely scream ads and you're just,out of place because what will people,see when they scroll through tiktok,they'll see a bunch of videos so you,want to make sure that you fit within,what they usually see which would be a,video now when advertising on facebook,there are many different types of,quitters that you can have you could,have square creatives you could have 4x5,aspect ratio 9x16 16x9 so there's many,different ratios that you can adopt many,different placements also you can do,that simply on desktop simply on mobile,feed stories reels so facebook offers a,wider range of placements now in terms,of getting results so if we think about,getting results with either or of these,platforms this is where things get very,different tick tock is very limited in,the amount of copy that you can put in,an ad so there's barely one or two lines,that you can put in terms of ad copy the,rest has to be said within the creative,so with tick tock i would say the work,is 99 creative there's not much else you,can do and usually interest based,audiences at this time of recording this,video they don't really work well so
