hello everyone it's chase chapel here,and i'm going to be showing you exactly,how to recognize if your campaign is,performing or not on tick tock how to,set up a campaign and how to do it if,you have a low budget for testing so by,the end of this video not only will you,be able to learn how to set up tick tock,ads for 100 or less per day but be able,to truly understand exactly what,strategy works how to get actual,conversions from the get go and be able,to successfully identify winning,creative styles that actually convert so,without wasting any time today let's get,into the training,so with tick-tock ads during the testing,phase if you have under a hundred,dollars per day as a testing budget we,like to actually test three to five,audiences at most so that way you can,truly understand and identify if your,actual ads are going to convert and not,only that we like to actually have only,one or two tick-tock ad creatives for,those campaigns so that way they can,optimize effectively and distribute,budget to one or the other ads that are,actually converting better that way you,don't have to spend a lot of money,trying to figure everything out and you,can have earlier success without having,to spend a lot of money and in fact we,literally do this so many times that,most of our clients actually launch,their campaigns and start seeing,immediate results and in fact right here,what we're looking at is,a few audiences here and literally,within launching this campaign on the,26th within three days this campaign had,already gotten 19 conversions and was,averaging a 2.28 x row s now while that,roads might not sound a lot to you but,this is literally within three days of,launch on tick tock ads getting 19,conversions for less than 100 dollars,per day and immediately it was already,roi positive and very profitable and in,fact once we actually optimize this,campaign over time we're going to be,able to raise that overall return and ad,spend to a three to four to five x roads,and be able to get really consistent,results at scale so we're actually,creating our own budget for ourselves,through this campaign and you can see,here we have audience breakdowns where,we're using an actual open audience,which is just a wide open audience with,no actual targeting and we're allowing,the tiktok algorithm to identify who to,go after for us and then we have other,audiences that we're more specific and,actually guiding the algorithm by giving,it a little bit of data that i can test,with that way it can optimize and get,efficient results and we do that with,interest hashtag audiences where we're,targeting specific hashtags around,videos people are watching on tick tock,and then we have actual interest,categories where that could be you know,actual brands like target or walmart,where we're targeting actual retail,stores where you know other similar,products are located,and then we have another open audience,which is you know actually in a,different country and then we have,interest in hashtag audiences once again,so i'm gonna go ahead and break this,down for you so you can see exactly how,to get results because literally within,launch of this campaign we're paying,less than you know 20 cents an actual,click we're getting cpms for around two,dollars around a cpm and even launching,these actual campaigns and being able to,get conversions within the first three,days so let's actually go through how to,set this up so that way you can launch,this campaign for yourself all right,we're in a brand new ads manager and,what we're gonna do is we're gonna hit,create,and this is actually how you set up the,actual testing campaign and what you're,going to do is you're going to actually,choose conversions if you're optimizing,for purchases if you have an e-commerce,store if you set up the actual tick tock,pixel you're going to want to optimize,for ultimate conversion objective and if,that is purchases then you're going to,want to optimize for purchases so let's,go ahead and name our campaign and we,can name it conversions testing and this,is the conversions testing campaign,where you can literally spend less than,100 per day and start making your money,back immediately that way you can,recycle that cash to actually grow your,overall results and achieve success so,once we have our campaign here what,we're going to do is we're going to,choose placements we're going to choose,tick tock specifically because that's,what our video is optimizing for and,that's where the actual attention is,we're going to choose our location in,our case it's going to be united states,and we have an age limit 18 plus for us,so we're going to choose that age range,so what we're actually going to do is,we're going to choose a specific,audience in the interest initially,we're going to start with going after,the clothing space,men's clothing and then what we're going,to do is we're going to find another,audience in here it could be apparel,pair on clothing,we can choose streetwear where

you're coming,from facebook ad group is very similar,to adset and facebook platform ads that,are run on tick tock ads manager they,have three parts if you're new here i'm,gonna explain all those things uh we,have campaigns we have ad groups and,then we have ads a campaign can include,one or more ad groups after creating the,campaign you will need you will need to,set up your ad groups inside and then,you add your ads i'm gonna explain all,that stuff i just put it out there just,in case you guys are absolutely new and,you have no idea what tic toc ads are,i'm gonna explain everything all right,uh before we get started uh i'm gonna,i'm gonna kind of clarify this is just,testing with manual bidding it's a,little frustrating because it cannot,sometimes it doesn't spend your money,and you have to run the ads for multiple,days until you figure out if the product,is winning product or not but on a good,note uh it saves you a lot of money,because you're you're if you're not,running lowest cost when you're running,lowest cost it literally spends your,money real quick which i personally like,to do just because i like to test fast,um and find out if a product is winning,product or not it your target,uh cpa is 10 or your bid number is 10,you want tick-tock to get your sales for,under 10,if you can do that if the tick tock,platform is not able to give you cheap,sales it's not going to spend your money,that makes sense now that being said,that can also be frustrating for a lot,of people and just crazy because that's,that was the first method that i was,testing and i talked about it like to just have,one creative i like to give the product,uh,the best chances of winning i even,sometimes test with 10 creatives and,then if you have a winning product maybe,two or three of those last night I was laying in bed and,listening to my nightly via has the ASMR,soundtracks and then out of nowhere,something hit me some of you guys that,watch my videos are wanting to start,Drop Shipping but you don't have a crazy,high starting budget and that's when I,decided I have to make a low budget,Shopify Drop Shipping challenge so today,I'm going to be building a Shopify Drop,Shipping Store and I'm giving myself a,starting budget of 50 and I'm gonna be,showing y'all exactly what I would do,step by step if I was actually in this,position and my starting budget was this,low but without further Ado let's get,right into it so when you're Building A,Drop Shipping Store the first thing that,you always want to do no matter your,starting budget you have to find your,product now there are paid options when,it comes to finer products but the way I,actually find my products no matter what,my budget is is I go over to tick tock,and I search up Tick Tock made me buy it,so on Tick Tock people will use this,hashtag and post videos of cool gadgets,or just normal products that they,recently bought that they've seen on,Tick Tock so what we're gonna do is take,advantage of this and this is how we're,gonna find our products but when we're,looking for a product there are a couple,of requirements that we have to look for,the first one and most importantly is,the product has the to have good wow,factor because if the product doesn't,make you say wow it won't make your,customers say wow and your customer,likely won't buy your product if they're,not wow to buy it the second thing is we,want our product to have at least a 20,profit margin so the third thing and the,most important thing for me is I look at,a product and I think what kind of,videos could I make with this product so,I sit there and brainstorm and think of,the kind of videos that I can make of,this product and if I can think of some,interesting and funny videos that would,likely perform well then I'll pick that,product because when you're running your,business marketing is by far the most,important thing and if I can't make,interesting videos to Market my products,no one's going to want to watch my,videos therefore no one's going to want,to click on my product and I won't make,any sales so that's one thing to keep in,mind that most people usually don't talk,about is when you're searching for,products think of what kind of,advertisements you could actually make,for your products so I've already found,my products in advance to making this,video and I've already ordered it and,it's already came in so the products I'm,going to be using in this video are,these sound controlled LED desk lights,so pretty much how they work is they,pick up sound and they react to whatever,sound it hears so the reason I picked,this product is because right off the,bat looking at the product I instantly,knew that I could make some entertaining,videos of this product of just the,product doing what it does picking up,sounds and having the lights react to,their sounds so now that we have our,product what we need to do now is go,ahead and sign up for Shopify so now I'm,going to build my store and I'm not,going to show you how everything I do,but I will show you all the important,things that I do alright so our Shopify,store has been built so let's go ahead,and have a look at it so as you can see,I went with kind of like a simple Black,and White theme I wasn't sure which way,I wanted to go about creating the office,debating on going with with either a,theme like this simple black and white,or going with the more neon color theme,but I think this fits the product pretty,good so as you can see I'm charging 30,for a two pack and forty dollars for a,four pack which if someone buys a two,pack it'll give us about a 20 profit,margin and if someone were to buy the,four pack it would give us a 25 profit,margin but I highly doubt anybody will,buy the four pack because forty dollars,is quite a bit of money for a product,like this and as always here is our,description and as you know how I always,format it a simple catchy sentence up,top and then below that a short,paragraph explain lining the product and,then a product photo or a gif of the,product in action and then below that,always give at least three or four,benefits and features and then for our,reviews as you know I always use the a,reviews app this app allows you to,manually add reviews as many as you want,for seven dollars a month but we do have,a three day free trial with this app so,I didn't spend any money on it so,there's our store it's pretty much how I,built all of my stores nice and simple,but now that our store is built what I'm,going to do now is start working on our,ads alright guys I just got going to be talking,about budgets,let's get started budget is the total,amount of money you are willing to spend,for running ads,while bidding is used for controlling,the cost per result,at the ad group level budgeting is used,to control the overall,cost for campaigns and ad groups a,budget is applied to the ad group as a,whole,it is not determined per ad you can set,budgets for both campaigns and,ad groups if you have an e-commerce,business with a variety of products,then each of these products can have,different ad groups,here you can allot the budget at an ad,group level,this way you can easily monitor the,amount you want to spend on each product,if you are an owner of a clothing line,trying to advertise a limited edition,product,and have a set promotional amount then,you can set a the best way to have massive success on,Tick Tock with a low budget is to test,really good products and invest the time,and effort required to truly understand,what you're doing before you actually,start but there's another thing that you,can do that nobody knows about everybody,knows that if you get into Drop Shipping,with paid ads that you should have a,budget of at least two to three thousand,dollars so that you can test products,and scale once you find a winner but,what if you didn't or what if you had,the budget and you simply don't want to,waste it you want to make sure that,you're spending it in the best way,possible this strategy is going to give,you everything that you need to see,success with a smaller budget but not,only that it's also going to give you,everything that you need to see success,faster than somebody with a normal,budget number one do an insane amount of,product research the best way to see,success with a low budget is to invest a,ton of time into making sure that the,products you're testing are actually,good there are lots of typical Drop,Shipping products in the space where if,you test them you're just gonna be like,a thousand other people that are also,testing them like you and the only way,to know about these products is just to,see them over and over and over and once,you do see them over and over and you,shouldn't be testing one of the reasons,that I'm so good at selecting products,is because I have five to ten students,that send me their product lists every,single week for me to review so I see,tons of products and throughout my five,year career in Drop Shipping I probably,reviewed tens of thousands of products,in different product lists from students,clients va's that I've hired you know,all these different things so I've seen,a ridiculous amount of products and this,drastically helps because when I see,something new I can quickly identify it,as something new but I can also compare,it to all the other winning products,that I've seen which we'll talk a little,bit about later and determine if that,product is good or not seeing a,ridiculous amount of products and,ridiculous amount of tick tocks helps,also with your confidence quite a bit,it'll help you be able to identify,certain things that have worked in the,past and certain things that don't work,and when you do stumble upon something,new you can make your own judgment,coming from your own experience on,whether that product is something that,could potentially work does it have,similar quality traits does it have a,similar price point is the ad similar,enough is the problem it's solving,strong enough these are all things that,you're gonna start noticing the more,product research that you do number two,follow a proven method one of the,biggest killers of most of people's,budgets is simply just not knowing what,they're doing what I would recommend is,choose one source of information and use,that source of information for,everything and commit yourself to,following that person's method if you,want to follow my method by the way,they're pretty good they've made,hundreds of people successful if you,want to learn more links in the,description on how you can get more,information on what we do but a,beautiful thing happens when you,actually pick a method and choose to,stick with it you stop second guessing,yourself you stop second guess testing,if what you're doing is correct or if,you are doing something wrong I cannot,tell you the amount of people that DM me,like hey I tested this product and made,no sales what did I do wrong was it my,store was it my ads was it this and that,and in my eyes I'm just like shut up,like if you were following my strategy,you wouldn't be wondering if it was your,store or your ads because I have,detailed breakdowns of what you should,look for on your store and what you,should look for in your ads and how you,should be doing your product research so,if you're doing all these things and,you're still not seeing success you do,not need to second guess it chances are,the product that you tested just isn't a,winner and you can move on following so i was scrolling through my phone on,facebook the other day and i saw this,eye-catching ad so i thought hey this is,a cool product i went on it and had a,look it was a pretty simple drop,shipping website and i thought hey why,don't i test this product i've been,testing products since 2018 and if you,haven't watched my videos i suggest you,go ahead and do that but anyway i've,always done facebook ads whenever i test,my product so this time i set a,challenge for myself first of all i'm,gonna be testing this on tech talk ads,and using only 250 dollars i'm going to,be sharing my realistic results by,spending 250 on tech talk ads so i,always do little research on products,such as the competition and also the,feedbacks and reviews from customers,this will gauge me if it's a product,that i can test to the market and the,consumers would love it at the same time,i'm gonna be showing you guys how i,tested this product how i sourced the ad,and my campaign setup on tech talk as,well this is gonna be a pretty,interesting challenge i've never scaled,the product on tech talk as before but,this time you know i'm gonna show you,guys step by step on how i would test a,product on tech talk with a 250 dollar,budget if you don't know who i am my,name is jandy serezo i'm a full-time,e-commerce owner an investor and most,importantly a dad i drop weekly videos,on online investing finance and also,e-commerce and drop shipping let's get,started now let's start with how and why,i chose this product so here on the,screen you can see that when i clicked,on the website it's a pretty subpar,website and you can tell from the get-go,that this is a hundred percent a,dropshipper from china most likely an,aliexpress supplier the reason being is,i've been doing this for a few years now,and i can tell straight away if someone,has put some efforts in it most of these,chinese dropshippers have the same,layout and it's pretty messy hence why i,wanted to create something that is,simplified and also clean website so the,product is the elf ear cuff and,this is a more generalized product hence,why it might work really well on on tech,talk that was my first initial thought,of,testing this product with tiktok ads,it's obviously targeting mainly a woman,which we're gonna go ahead and expand on,that once we start setting up our,campaign and also it's on the lower aov,side again most of the winning products,that i see on tech talk are generally,lower prices because the demographics,are a lot younger and obviously they,don't have as much spending power as,people that you would see on facebook so,i went ahead and went to aliexpress,searched the the product i saw the,product and surprisingly it's really,cheap it's only three dollars and added,1.50 to ship that product out so it,comes about five dollars for the single,product to be shipped out to a customer,which is pretty awesome as well i saw,the feedback as well on aliexpress it's,pretty decent so i thought hey this is a,product that is definitely worth testing,and i'm gonna be creating a content,about it which is this video so the same,day i designed the store the first thing,that i always do is pick a domain name,and then create a logo about it i came,up with boho chains as the brand name,and the reason for that is i wanted to,create a niche store so in the future i,can test other products as well this is,obviously in the jewelry,niche so i added a few other products in,there as well as this,elf ear cuff that we're going to be,testing on tiktok obviously using,shopify and using the dawn theme and it,came out pretty nicely as you can see on,the screen it's a simple website and i,didn't want to put too much fluff in it,i just really wanted to test this,product but at the same time just adding,some key elements in there for a higher,conversion rate such as adding reviews,as well so that's what i did added some,review app added some reviews from,aliexpress and then i went ahead and,published the store so again i wanted to,create something simplified in a clean,website compared to the other drop,shipping store that we just saw and the,outcome was pretty pretty nice it took,me about three hours to create the logo,to publish the store and also do all of,the product description and stuff all,right so this is it,bungholechains.com i simply created a,website using the dawn theme on shopify,and it took about three hours to publish,the whole store that's from creating the,logo uh attaching the domains in there,updating the product description and,stuff and this is what we
