hi like I just want to show you the,entire workflow how the orders will be,automated into Google spreadsheet and,from there the Google Forms will get,auto populated with the order details,and finally when the customer will,submit the Google Form the certificate,will generate and then also an email,will be sent with the certificate,attached so let's start it so first we,are into the Shopify beckon I'll just,create an order over here it's a dummy,order so select a product let's select a,popular product from here so let's say,Green China add to the order so the,order has been added over here now I,select a customer from here on the right,hand side so let me select my name only,the email id mention over here is,already there in your customers panels,so yeah the shipping address I have,added so it comes over here so basically,my order is fine here and I'm at mark,this payment is paid so basically the,order is completed now so I create the,order and so the order number one zero,zero five has been created so now,quickly I will move to a different,portion of the this thing I will go to,EPS and I have done a irrigator,automation over here under apps we go to,automation I will now go and see the,workflows over here let me just quickly,shift this yeah so these are the these,are the basically orders which have been,given which have been created so if i,refresh it this will show me yeah so,there was three orderly and now this is,like the fourth order so my fourth order,is here which 25 seconds this order has,been created so now once this order is,created it is entered into the Google,spreadsheet so now I go to the Google,spreadsheet which is linked sorry not,this one over here yeah now you can see,this order is being created so this is,the order and this entry is,automatically populated over here fine,now once this entry is populated here,there is a slight manual stuff which,needs to be done here because then only,the form would be generated I just need,to click over this link which is on the,above and just copy and drag it below,this has a formula attached to it now if,I click this link and open up it will,pre-populate,the google forms with the data which was,there so it pre-populated the Google,form with the data which was there in,the Excel spreadsheet so you can see the,data which was there here has been,pre-populated with all the details here,now I just have to like it's all filled,up so now I just select create,certificate yes and I click Submit so,your response has been recorded and now,if I if I now go back to there there's,one more spreadsheet which is connected,with the response and see my response,which is the order number five has been,created automatically into this,responses shopify data sheet and you can,also see that the document file has been,created in my drive a document file has,been created in my studio and the email,has been sent to these three email ids,now I have,Aitch these three mail IDs so if I now,quickly go to my email and I try and see,my sent email ids I can see yeah see,there is an test certificate which I,have received so my name test email ID,and all those things are shown here and,this generated certificate is shown here,certificate of free or whatever so this,certificate is shown here similarly if I,now go to my Google Drive and I have,created a folder which will keep all the,files here,Shopify I now clicked on this OP if I,file and a new order ID folder has been,created and the PDF is stored here so,basically it's pre populating the data,from Shopify and sending me a PDF,generated PDF which P is also stored in,my Google Drive so that's the workflow,so the only thing which is manual over,here which needs to be done is to copy,and paste this autofill link over here,that's the thing otherwise always been,automated so this is if this is the,thing which you are looking for then,it's done and if you share your email id,and details I have to do the same thing,in your in with your email id with the,real certificate this is this was this,workflow is the test workflow basically,so thank you
