day free trial,and here you can uh enter the details of,your store so uh this is my e-commerce,website i'm just clicking on next and,here you can use your customers to keep,them updated about the uh tracking,process so you can just enable this,notification to your customers,we can configure the email next,uh here this will be your branded,tracking url so you can this wherever,you want,and i'm just going to click next and uh,this will be you can add this link on,the footer of your store so you can just,click on to i am ready so this will be,the aftership login and once uh you're,logged in into your website you can just,connect it to your website,so for that let's go to our uh website,and here you can go to the sales channel,click on plus and we're going to add uh,our uh,aftership app to your shopify store once,you're in the app store you're just,going to search for after ship so i'm,just going to search for after ship,right here,and here the first uh thing that you'll,see is after ship order tracking and sms,you can just click on to,that,so after ship has multiple or multiple,uh,apps as well in the shopify so this is,what we are going to use for the,tracking purpose there are return,senders and multiple other uh,apps given by uh after shift,so uh this is done so next i'm just,going to click on install app,and here uh it will ask for ask for you,to connect uh the automatically the,account that you have already created,with the shopify you just have to uh add,the code verify the code,you can just click on to connect once,you have the confirmation code ready,so once you connect your store you'll be,taken into this page and you can just,click on to connect here,this will take you to the admin panel,that we had uh got earlier the when we,logged in earlier but uh now your app,will be connected first of all we're,going to continue this quick start guide,and here first one is tracking a,shipment so you can just go to the track,the shipment here so here what you have,to do is when you ship an order to your,customer you can enter the shipment,number the tracking number the courier,service and the country of origin,and uh you can after doing all this you,can just directly uh send in the details,so here i'm going to add a tracking,number the courier service i'm going to,enter the,korea service i'm going to select the,urgent which is the country,and the destination of the order,after that you can enter the order,number and also the customer details so,that you can get from the order uh that,you have got from your customer so this,is the order i have so you can just,directly get these details and uh enter,this manually or you can either go to,use or make use of a sheet and import,that details,so here i'm going to give the order,number 1001,and enter the,details of the customer,so once this is done you can just save,the shipment,so a new shipment will be added and will,be shown right here so you can you can,see the status as pending and also uh,see how where the details are are,reached and where the shipment is so if,you just click on to here you will be,able to see that the order is on the way,and it has reached few of the uh like,where the order is and everything every,details or the every courier shipment,will be updated here your customers will,be able to track these details when you,add a track your order page in the,website so we'll be seeing how you can,add that as well so let's go step by,step uh next we have the notification,settings here,uh in the notification setting uh you,will be able to see uh like what are the,what are the notification that you need,to send your customers so when uh,information is received if you want to,send them an email or sms when the order,is in transit uh you can enable and,disable the emails and sms so you can,you will be able to see some free,versions and some paid versions as well,so here every email is enabled when the,order is delivered when a failed attempt,is there it is available for pickup or,out for delivery after ship will be,sending a,email to your customers regarding the,same,so you can enable and disable the emails,uh email and sms settings,so next we have the tracking pages,so here after she provides you with a,tracking page where you can edit how the,tracking page is going to look like so,here you can just click on to actions,here and edit,so you can you will be able to edit the,uh tracking page so this is what a,tracking page will look like the first,page the track status order and when the,order is pending something like this,will be coming up if an information is,received uh it will be showing uh the,details of the order and the carrier etc,in transit again the same fail to,attempt out for delivery available for,pickup all these so,for that,you can tracking page for the shopify,you can enable this,here and the tracking page will be,enabled,so you can set up a custom domain for,the tracking page for example your page,slash tracking or something like that,also you after she provides you with a,tracking url you can just copy this link,go back to your store,and in the online sales cell go to,navigation i'm going to add this in the,footer section so click on to footer,menu right here,and you just going to add a new menu,item,so,let me add track your order,and you just have to paste this link,and,you can just add this and save the menu,and when you go to your store,you will be able to see this on the,track uh footer section of your page,here the track your order is there you,can just click on to that i'm going details which is the carrier,etc so now the the or recommended order,is also there you can populate this page,by different uh different things so that,that's there in the uh editing section,so that's about how you can add a,tracking page and how you can add the,shipments so when you go to the,shipments again you will be able to see,that there are different options of,adding csv file app import export etc so,when you have a carrier connected with,your site you can uh,definitely,import that automatically with the order,details and everything,so for that uh you you just you you're,going to have uh like activate your,courier you can just click on to here,and here you can add the courier uh,which is the courier details and you can,just enable them so that it will be,directly synced with the after ship,account,you can choose the country here,also,so next one is the analytics here you,will be able to see the analytics of how,how many orders you got how many got,delivered how many exceptions and sender,uh like they returned the shipment and,on time shipments uh tracking page what,are the traffic to the tracking page and,the customer reviews you'll be able to,see all those things in the analytics,section as well,so another thing we have is under the,tracking page section you will be able,to see the order lookup widget,and here with the order lookup widgets,your customers can easily track your,order so either you can paste this code,in the directly on a your theme page,where,your order details are there for example,your accounts page or checkout page etc,so when your customer login and in their,account section you can you will be able,to add this so what you have to do is,simply you just have to edit this,section where you want to track your,order you can change the colors or two,different uh according to your wish you,can change the color you can hide,the icon everything now you can just,copy this code on whichever page that,you want so what uh you simply have to,copy both of the code add the uh body,add the body tag and where you have to,uh paste the code etc and you just have,to paste the codes uh so that this,widget will be there on a page so that's,about the order lookup widget and how,this works on your website so you can,use both the photo menu option or this,order lookup widget as well so that,completely depends upon your uh mesh so,uh this is about order uh order tracking,in after ship and how you can add,shipment details and tracking pages onto,your store so this is a very simple uh,or simple solution for all the tracking,issues and it is an all-in-one package,where you can use uh,the you use it and,have your customers track their order on,a timely manner also you can upgrade it,to different versions so if you have,more than 100 or 50 shipments every,month you can just uh edit the deta like,you can just pay for the upgraded,version so as the number of shipments,increases there will be more uh payment,or you will be converted into different,uh plan,so here uh we have like 50 shipments,every month for example for me so that's,uh i'm uh i'm be using this free version,so you can convert it to
