hello and welcome to quick tips,in this video i'll show you how to add,google recaptcha,to contact form using contact form 7,plugin,in wordpress website now you can see,that i'm using,the contact form 7 plugin to create a,form,on my website now this is the test form,on which i'm going to use the recaptcha,okay,so this is how the form looks right now,and i'm going to add a google recaptcha,before this submit button,so let me show you how to register your,website for,google recaptcha and how to add that on,your on the contact form,using contact form 7 plugin okay so,let's go to the google,and search for google recaptcha,okay now you will see this firstly,google recaptcha click on it,now click on this option,and log into your google account you,need to have a google account for this,okay it will ask you to register a new,site,now we are going to register a new site,or website for google recaptcha,so let me label it,you can type in any label,now i'm going to use recaptcha version 2,okay now here you can see what is the,difference between the recapture version,3 and version 2,if you click on i button and click and,it will give you the detailed,information about,what is recapture of version 3 and what,is recapture version 2,so this is what you might have seen on,many,forms so what we are going to use we are,going to use,the recaptcha version 2 so click on it,and select this option the first option,i'm not a robot,okay the second option is invisible,recapture badge,so the recaptcha will not be visible but,but it will validate the request in the,background okay,so i'm going to select this recapture,version 2 and this first option i'm not,a robot,check box okay now here enter the domain,this will be the domain of,your website okay,i'm the owner accept the terms,check this box and click submit,okay now it will give you two keys the,site key and the secret key,you will need these keys to enable the,recaptcha on your,website okay so let's get let's go back,to the form,and here under contact form you will see,this option integration click on it,okay now here is the optional recaptcha,click on setup integration,now it is asking you for site key and,secret key,so let's copy the site key,paste it here copy the secret key,and paste it here okay save the changes,okay now now let's go back to,plugins and click on add new,okay here look for contact form 7,recapture,so we are going to add a new plugin now,here you will see the option,recaptcha version 2 card for contact,form 7,click on install now activate it,okay now let's go to contact,now here you will see a new option is,added there recaptcha version,click on it,okay now select recapture version 2,and click submit,okay now let's copy this code,now let's go back to the contact forms,this is the form where i'm going to,install this recaptcha so click on edit,now just before the submit button enter,this code,and click save,okay now let's refresh this page,now you will see the google recaptcha is,added to the form so this is how you can,add,the google recaptcha to contact form 7,plugin now let's,test the form,i'm going to open it on in another,browser,okay now just enter something here,let's pick up the date i'm just trying,to fill up the form,and first time i'm not going to select,the captcha,and try to click submit,now it will show that please verify that,you are not a robot,so check this box and,click submit,now you can see that the form has been,submitted so this is how the google,recaptcha works,in the next video i'll show you how to,add the google recaptcha,to the caldera forms so see you in the,next video
