how to load video from aliexpress to shopify

what's up guys and welcome to this video,in this video i'm going to be showing,you guys how to take a,video from aliexpress and add it to your,shopify product description,or your shopify images if you'd like to,do so but mainly shopify product,description because,you can't find this anywhere else on,youtube so without further ado,let's go ahead and get straight into the,process so,here you're gonna want to go to,aliexpress,well first of all honestly,you're gonna want to have your shopify,store so i'm gonna leave a link in the,description for a free,14-day free trial for shopify and at the,end of 14 days they don't charge you,but you can pick a plan um and if not,then i mean your store will just close,if you don't pick a plan,but they won't charge you at the end of,14 days so that's pretty cool,so i created just a little store just,for the sake of this video,and um i just named it my name you're,gonna name it your store name or,whatever but you can change the name in,your settings whenever you please,so let's go to,aliexpress,and this is where you're going to get,the product from and the product,video so you're going to go to shopify,and go to apps you're going to click,this visit shopify app store button,if you already don't have oberlo but if,you have overload you're fine but if you,don't you're going to go to the app,store,and download oberlo create an account it,takes no more than two minutes,so once you do that add the oberlo,extension to your um,to your extensions up here there goes,mine,and we're gonna search for a product,that will,have a product video on aliexpress,because not all the products have videos,so let's try and find one um,i am going to search for this one has a,video,as you can see let's just quickly make,sure that it,video wow this is a really good video,this is a really good video,see so sometimes aliexpress will have,like um foreign writing in their videos,which you never want to use those,because like then it,completely gives away that you're,getting these from a foreign supplier so,you want to keep that as discreet as,possible,so here what you're going to do first,is see the little overload extension,lights up you're going to click that,you're going to add this product to an,import list and wait for the little,verification,symbol all right there you go great,check we're good exit out of that,and this is the video and this is the,icon for the video so on the icon for,the video you're gonna go ahead and,right click,and hit inspect and when you hit inspect,you're going to hit ctrl f so you can,bring up this shirt search bar on the,on the inspection so in the search bar,you're going to type in video,and we're going to go down to see how it,says 1 of 15,you're going to round to 2 3 where it,says video wrapped it's always the third,one,it's always the third video on the,inspection third out of whatever,15 28 so go ahead hit the drop down,and right here you're going to right,click on the link that it provides,copy hover over copy and hit copy,element,so we're all good here on the aliexpress,page we're going to go back to shopify,and open up our oberlo app,so you see the import list is one we,imported the one item from the,aliexpress page,and you're going to go ahead and push,this store push this product to your,store,there you go go to products,open the product editor,so here's where you can you know add a,nice product title,add a nice description we definitely,want to change those they're long,and ugly,so now that you're here i just tab to,create a little um space,you're going to hit the little video,icon and paste what,paste a snippet of the inspection that,we copied from the aliexpress site,and go ahead and hit insert video,and there you go it's in your product,description,go ahead and save that,now that it's saved we're going to click,the online store link,and we're going to go into customization,mode so you're going to hit customize,and what i'm going to do just for this,video you don't necessarily have to do,it but i just want to do it just to,emphasize,the product so like i said featured,product,and i'm going to go ahead and hit select,select the product,and i'm going to select the one that we,just added select that,and save it,now it's all good and saved you can go,ahead and scroll down,this is how your customer will see the,product,so like i said you're gonna change this,title you know you can change the,pictures to however you want,definitely change this and um,there you have it there goes the product,video,can see this and it's going to help your,store in two ways two,major ways so when a customer sees a,video on your,site they're 75 percent more likely to,buy from your store so this is really,going to increase conversions by,creating trust and like building,credibility for your store,and in the second way that this really,reduces returns because,people can see exactly what they're,getting you know because,the pictures do a great deal of justice,but this really puts the icing on the,cake like seeing a good exact,demonstration of,the product that they're going to,receive let me turn that sound off,that's,probably in the link so there you have,it,that's the video added to the product,description,and if you want to add the,video to your product images you can go,back into the editor,and you're going to go to add media,before you do any of that you're going,to,inspect this again i'm sorry and,ctrl f video,third one video wrap drop down,and then copy the link address,open the link in a new tab,there goes the video hit the three dots,download it to your computer so now it's,downloaded,all you gotta do is drag it over here,and drop it it's there now,so we're gonna come here refresh this,and there it is and you can add it to,your images,but um you know i'd suggest only adding,one and obviously the product,description looks way better,so um you can take this out just by,simply going here,in this and deleting it,and as of right now if you're new to,drop shipping or if you,have been drop shipping and you simply,don't know you haven't drop shipped in a,while,aliexpress right now doesn't offer,e-package shipping as you can see,if you search for something let's say a,watch,you see a lot of no eat packet no you,packing no a packet,and that's their fastest shipping method,which is 12 to 20 days,so right now a lot of people aren't,using aliexpress as a supplier because,all the other shipping times are way too,long or they're short and way too,expensive,but there's a good thing though there,are other suppliers that you can use,like you droppy or cj drop shipping that,have these same exact products and if,they're not the same exact they're,similar enough to where you can use the,same videos from aliexpress so,wherever you find your products you can,add them to your store and get the,videos from aliexpress and of course,there's no,aliexpress branding sometimes there,might be language or something in the,videos just don't use those find a,better one there's plenty of videos to,search through,so um you know you can still make it,work without,exactly drop shipping from aliexpress,aliexpress so what i'll do for you guys,is put links to more suppliers in the,description,and put the shopify free trial in the,description,and there you have it that is how you,add a video to your product description,and increase your sales which means more,money for you,less return so less of a hassle it just,saves a lot of time,stress and money and um there you go
