hi this is robert o'brien today i'm,going to give you a quick tutorial on,how to embed a photograph into your,Shopify blog page for today's purposes,I'm assuming that you know how to get to,a blog page and create one I've taken,the liberty of putting in a title how to,embed a photo into your Shopify blog and,I've written several paragraphs of I've,written two paragraphs of some clever,content that your audience would love to,read on your block now the picture I,decided I want to put between the first,and second paragraph and I am going to,insert my cursor right here okay now you,can see my cursor is blinking now this,is the tricky part that took me a long,time to figure out you to embed a photo,you go to this little icon insert an,image pick an image that you're going to,insert I'm assuming that you've already,uploaded prior to this now you need to,pick the size I always pick medium,because I don't want to talk the power,of my text pick the medium and then hit,insert image now you see your image has,fallen in between the two paragraphs,where you want it to fit this is the,part that took me a long time to figure,out again you click the image and then,hit edit image and this will give you,some options I always like my image to,be on the right-hand side so I'll click,this button here and if you want the,text to wrap around it nicely you click,that button you'll see what that does in,a second and then I give some space,around my images so that the letters,aren't bumping right up against the,pictures click those I give it a value,of 8 8 pixels you can also write an,image text here like something that,describes it so it could be found in SEO,for google and once that's done hit the,button here and let's see,what this looks like in the preview mode,okay preview mode gives me this now you,notice my text hasn't wrapped around,correctly so let's close this and go,back and then this will do the trick for,you if you highlight the text like this,and then go back to this formatting and,picked the top formatting paragraph this,actually cleans it up a little bit and,now let's see what it looks like in,preview mode i mean i'm high like this,let's go to the preview mode and see,what it exactly looks like now it's,gotten,nice clean wrap around the the picture,here and you can see that even two,paragraphs doesn't really kind of go,down all the way to surround the picture,but I'm confident you can write some,great great text to take care of that so,there you have it that's my little,tutorial on how to insert pictures into,your Shopify blog page good luck with it
