I'm gonna show you how to edit an order,so after a customer has placed an order,with us they have one hour before the,order is fulfilled by the warehouse to,change either what is in their order or,where it's being sent to so let's say,that somebody contacted you and said oh,I need to change my shipping address I,gave you my old address okay so let's,just go into the most recent one but,you're always gonna probably want to,search it it's most likely not going to,be the one right at the top of the list,so you can search it either by order,number you can search it by name,Christie has a bunch of orders so,there'll be a lot that come up for her,but typically there wouldn't be so many,or you can search it by email that's my,personal email sorry guys,so this is my work email so 1068 is the,one that we want to edit so there's a,bunch of different ways that you can,look up the order and so let's say that,we need to edit my shipping address,we're going to go over to this right,hand column that says shipping and click,Edit you can make any edits in here and,then you'd want to click Save so let's,just say instead of Darien or shipping,to Norwalk okay and click Save and then,the change will populate here you can,also edit their email so if they contact,us and say oh I just placed an order and,I realized I typed my email incorrectly,or I gave you my work email and I'd like,to change it to my personal email you,can change that here and then just also,make sure that the customer profile is,updated as well right here make sure,this is checked,so I'm going to go ahead and cancel it,but you would want to hit save if that's,a change that you want to save and then,while we're in here I'm also just going,to show you if you wanted to edit the,order you go to that edit bar on the top,and this actually will allow you to,adjust the quantity to remove an item or,you can go up here to the search bar and,add an item so say that they also wanted,to add a shampoo so you can do that here,as well and hit done and it'll populate,here and then you would just hit update,order,and here we have both items that the,warehouse will pick and ship to them so,that is how you edit an order and then,you can also scroll down here and see,the timeline and the breakdown of,everything that you did so all of that,information is stored on the bottom of,the order page
