not just getting traffic to your store,but you’re closing sales as well.,So, without further ado,here are the biggest mistakes businesses make.,This may seem straightforward,but there are still many people out there,who begin a business,without having a clear understanding,of who their target audience is,or what the ideal customer profile looks like.,Without a deep understanding of this,businesses might find themselves,spending a lot of time and money,targeting the wrong audience.,Customer knowledge is fundamental,for product performance,customer experience, and marketing.,Without a straight-forward brand vision,it'll become much harder,to engage with the customer,analyze the value of an interaction,improve the customer journey,or compete with others in real-time.,98 percent of consumers,won't make a purchase

what they're looking for quickly ,they might leave in frustration.,High-converting Shopify stores,have the following functionality,and experience elements in common.,Number one: a fast-loading storefront.,Nobody wants to have to wait,for images or text to appear,when they’re trying to shop and buy something.,Number two: clear and concise product taxonomy.,This means that if I’m
trying to find a specific product,I don't want to have to jump,between different categories to find it.,It should all be kept in the same place,and easy to find.,Number three: relevant
