hey welcome back this is just going to,be a really quick short video i've had a,few comments from some of you asking,about the payment issue on tick tock ads,so in this video i'm just going to take,you through the issues that i've had the,issues that i've faced and the solutions,that i've found so far,and obviously you can go ahead and try,all of these i'm not sure whether,they're all going to work but some of,them worked for me,so the main issue that a lot of you are,referring to is the fact that your tick,tock ads aren't spending so,first thing that i recommend you do when,you get a new tick tock ad account this,is a new one that i created my last one,got suspended from the challenge that,i'm doing so i've put that on pause for,a bit and i'm testing out this new,account,and,same thing happened first day ads,wouldn't spend so here's what you want,to need here's what you need to do to,get ads to spend so you've just created,a new tips i've had account it's in,whatever country and currency you've got,your card linked and you want to set up,some complete payment ad sets but those,ad sets aren't spending you know usually,what happens is this is because either,it takes a while for them to approve,your ads and sort of verify that you're,a trustworthy person or it's because of,some issue with the fact that your ads,aren't yet approved even though tick,tock says your ads are approved what i,recommend you do is you create new,campaign,much like this one so this is just a,normal campaign i think this is just a,conversion campaign yeah it's just a,conversion campaign but the optimization,of these ad sets are different so,usually obviously we'd be going for,complete purchase so a complete payment,you can see this one i've gone for view,content and this one here is an add to,cart conversion so neither of these two,are the final one that i want to be,going for and you can see,out of the two the view content was the,one that spent the most and then the uh,add to cart one didn't start spending,and then it took a while and then,gradually it's got a bit of spend,um,so what's actually happened here is,for some reason i don't know why it,pushes it through tick tock's algorithm,quicker so as soon as you get a view,content one spending then the add to,cart one will start spending once that,started spending you'll then see the,complete payment ones started spending,so to give you an idea,of when all of this happened i think it,was towards the end of last week,i set these ads up so we'll have a look,on the must be the 27th,first day of having this account,27th to the 27th,and you can see in the first day ten,dollars were spent 2.25 and if we look,at the other campaigns that i had set up,so this here is a complete payment,complete payment campaign so out of the,two this audience this started spending,759 dollars by the end of the day it,started spending a bit more budget,if we look at the cbo test that only,spent five cents that's at fifty dollars,per day,uh and what i did to get that up is i,then set up this traffic campaign as,well so i was just testing out multiple,different things so you can see i spent,uh almost nine dollars on traffic uh,which is this is just a traffic,converter it's not conversion it's just,traffic uh we'll have a look here,it's just a traffic ad,um so that's set up nine dollars and,then also the ad to cart one also spent,about 12.87 and a little bit on the um,view content uh and then obviously after,that started happening then the spend,started to increase so the 28th which is,obviously the friday let's have a look,at the results for this day,okay so on this day you can now see i,turned off these initial campaigns and,there wasn't any point keeping the,spending,uh and then on the next day the,conversion rate um,sorry the complete payment audience test,started spending now this is 20 per day,so it's only spent 10.45 so it's still,not reaching its maximum spend but it is,spending some money they also the cost,per click was horrendously high for this,day,you can also see the cbo only spent,three dollars on this day so it's still,pretty poor performance but we are,starting to get some spending happening,we look on the 29th,around the 29th,and you can see here now we're starting,to get to the realms where things are,actually working a lot better,so third day,the audience test 14.76 spent out of the,total twenty dollars uh good cost per,clicks now good cards good checkouts i,think there were a couple of conversions,but nothing actually tracked on ads and,that could have come through organic,traffic from my our last um,ad account,so,that's obviously started spending and,then the cbo's also started spending and,then i think uh yesterday i actually,turned off the ads uh just because the,performance wasn't the best but at least,that was tracking yeah so i turned off,the ads so yesterday they didn't run but,that gives you an idea of how things,worked out uh obviously spending,no matter how much you increase it you,should staircase your spin across your,ad groups and what I mean by that is if,you have four ad groups what you would,do is you do twenty dollars on one ad,group 30 on the next one forty dollars,fifty dollars sixty dollars and this is,going to basically show you what spin,level you need to be at initially to get,the ads to spend sometimes twenty,dollars doesn't work sometimes forty,dollars doesn't work it's usually maybe,fifty dollars that actually gets the ads,to start spending so you staircase your,spin to identify where your spend is and,once it's actually starting to spin,you'll know what ad group budgets you,need to set going forward initially when,you're launching your ads so that way,you can get the delivery to happen with,your actual spending the third thing is,actually having two create natives in,your ad group sometimes a lot of people,add like five ten different ads and you,know that's okay to do on Facebook ads,because the system's pretty optimized,they'll know how to deliver the spin,between the different creatives to find,out what's working Tick Tock isn't yet,that efficient and if you have too many,creatives in there with a very small,budget it's not going to spend at all if,you launch Five ads and you only have 20,daily it's gonna be have a very hard,time of spending whereas if you have two,actual ad creatives you're going to be,more likely to actually get spend,delivery because the system only has to,optimize between two different ads to,find results for you now the second,thing here is sometimes people have two,ads and it won't deliver or they'll only,have one a good strategy is to have a,one ad that's actually a spark ad which,means it's been an authorized post from,an influencer or it's an authorized post,from your actual page,the second one is a non-you know,authorized post which is just you,uploading the content into Tick Tock ads,directly and having that as an ad as,well where you write the copy and you,actually put in the custom link and,everything there this is a strategy that,allows you to actually see if you'll get,delivery based off spark or non-spark we,see this work a lot of times when you,know Brands actually make these,adjustments go down to two creatives per,ad group and have one creative where,they actually wrote the custom copy the,second one an authorization post from,either influence or other page you'll,start to see delivery and number four is,switching from purchase conversions down,to add to cart and letting that run for,two to three days if you're not getting,any delivery even after making those,adjustments so far switch to add to cart,give it two to three days and see if,your spin starts to go through and if it,does great you can switch back to,purchase conversions after a few days,and your spin delivery should start to,actually start performing and number,five make sure you have all of the,placements turned off besides Tick Tock,you want to have Tick Tock ads as the,only placement because if you're running,an actual creative that doesn't fit the,other you know platform Replacements,it's not going to deliver and the ad,group just won't even run it's not as,efficient as just automatically choosing,Tick Tock for you so you need to select,Tick Tock as a placement Standalone and,number six is turning off is not to be,annoying and just sell and you know try,to get them to buy right away it's to,provide some kind of value in the ad,make it entertaining right everyone on,tiktok is there for entertainment maybe,to learn some stuff right so make the ad,like that so the best approach to this,is go on your tick tock account see what,video did best right go to the most,viewed video on your tiktok account and,honestly just use that and you just have,to make sure it has some kind of call to,action at the end so maybe you can,remake that video if you don't have a,call to action but anyways i'm going to,share my screen here and you can see,this is one of my accounts right it's a,work from homegirl account now basically,what i do is i pay a freelancer to,create all these tick tock videos for me,so this is another option you can use if,you don't have a tick tock account or,you don't want to create tick tock,videos yourself you can actually go on,fiverr type in tick tock video and,there's a bunch of freelancers that will,make your tick tock ads your tick tock,videos for you and they'll basically you,know do whatever you want on the video,so,um anyways this is the account here and,as you can see we've we have a decent,amount of videos on here we have a,decent amount of views and followers so,what i'm going to use is i'm going to,find a video that i want to use for this,ad so for example i'm going to click on,this video right here and as you can see,the hook of this video is the easiest,and highest paid online jobs and,basically,during this ad we're not selling the,product right away we're going to,provide some value to them right we're,going to hook them in,so anyways she kind of walks through you,know the different ways to you know,basically just earn an income online so,she has freelance writing right all,these different ways and then as you can,see the very end the call to action,is click the link in my bible to learn,the best work from home jobs and yes you,guessed it the product we're promoting,is a work from home jobs product right,it takes them to a quiz funnel that's my,affiliate link and that funnel,eventually goes to sell them a product,where we actually make a commission if,they buy so i think this is a good video,it has a good amount of engagement has a,good amount of views good amount of,shares so i think this would be a good,video to actually use as our ad for this,so once you find a good video you want,to use for your ad you know you,basically just want to make sure it's,already done good in organic right so i,can see this video has already gotten 51,000 views just from organic so if i run,it as an app it's probably going to do,well on there too and the second thing,is you just want to make sure it has,some kind of call to action for whatever,product you're promoting all righ

we helped take one of our students,shopify stores from spending 4 000 and,getting no sales at all before working,with us to being able to literally hop,on two calls and average 15 sales a day,from their tick tock ads and they,literally changed everything and were,completely mind blown that even after,spending all that money and seeing no,results that there could be just a few,tweaks that are backed by data that have,allowed them to up their actual sales,volume and average 15 sales a day from,their tick tock ads and be profitable,and these are the formulas that allow us,to actually achieve results and we go,through the exact data driven strategies,on how to actually implement this so,that way you can actually see success as,well everything we do is based off data,and the last thing we want to do is put,in our own personal opinion because we,want to remove all emotions and only,focus on the analytics and insights that,tell the truth in fact we've been doing,this exact strategy and been reading and,analyzing analytics across hundreds of,ad accounts over the last seven years,and have generated over a billion,dollars in sales for our clients because,of this and in today's video we're gonna,look at a live example of one of our,students and actually break down how,they were actually spending four,thousand dollars and seeing no results,at all on tick tock and having been,frustrated to being able to actually,start working with us and seeing cells,literally within a few days of actually,trying out these actual strategies and,implementing the process so make sure,you like this video subscribe because it,really does help the algorithm and we do,try to put a lot of effort into these,videos so that way you can find value so,let's get into the actual live call,aaron,chase how are you hey how are you,i'm great i want to thank you man for,the first time i finally got some,traction uh behind my ads and got you to,thank for that so,boom it's all a work in progress,amazing i love it i love it i just,wanted to give you a,quick you know update on what's going on,and wonder what what are next steps,right,so i finally got this conversion ad,running and campaign running and it's,it's it's doing pretty good i mean,from where i came from to where i am now,it's like night and day,oh that's amazing,yeah cool all right so yeah let's take a,look yeah this is exciting,i would uh first step unrelated tick,tock ads,have you downloaded zoom,i do i have of course i do,it's so weird because i feel like it i,think it's pulling into your browser,all right um yeah that'd be good because,the quality like drops it by like four,or five times the amount it's kind of,weird all right so these are complete,payments,yes,all right it's really blurry on my end,um,i can't even see these numbers are you,able to zoom in a little bit,okay yeah that's a little bit better,they're starting to come through oh wow,okay yeah cool great yeah you're,definitely getting sales yeah greatness,awesome yeah huge progress i mean you,were spending a ton and getting nowhere,for a while you have no idea man i was,hearing it from the higher ups that they,were about to pull the plug on me but uh,um,i'm back in the game,but my really my question is is,you know my my cpa is high right because,i'm spending you know i'm spending some,some cash to get get these acquisitions,sure sure,let's backtrack so what changed between,the settings that we were going over and,like now with the new launch so um you,know i ran the add to cart campaign,which i think helped the algorithm,figure out who who my people are right,okay,um good but even that initially wasn't,spending so you had me staircase some of,the spend which worked um and then i,switched over to a this conversion,campaign,um and,spent you know i spent some money for a,budget for each of those ad groups um,but it worked so,that's awesome and and really cool but,we know what point do i start scaling,down or do i say hey screw let's go the,other direction and scale up,okay got it and what about the audiences,were you always targeting female,yeah i mean so i i've played around with,uh female and male but you know the,brand sku is female that's just the,nature of it which is fine um but i,would be willing to test um,males as well you know i have some,creative that sort of tries to speak to,to the male consumer,but in terms of putting money behind it,i just quite haven't done it yet,okay and are all these have the same,creative,no,really yeah i've got listen i got,different i got plenty i got plenty oh,okay interesting let's see here and so,what i noticed for example this ad um,where it's just let's make a sparkling,mint lemonade very simple um,i i had some old creative of similar,that i took and repurposed,so it makes for the perfect addition to,any drink or mocktail enjoy,i mean just simple simple stuff and it,works very simple yeah,so this one's getting a high cost per,click low lower cpm,these face value metrics are very,average if you

what's up beautiful people in this video,i'm going to talk about three things why,your ad account your tic tac ad account,is not spending number two how to get it,to spend and warm up your account number,three if none of the warm-ups or,anything that they do work what you need,to do to get that out account to spend,or what the alternatives are so if you,want to see what those things are keep,watching,what's up beautiful people it's nas here,back with another video i've been,getting a lot of questions on instagram,on facebook and emails on,linkedin i don't know everywhere that's,my ad account is not spending why is my,ad account is not like why is it not,spending it's just so annoying you're,trying to test the product or you might,already have a winner and you want to,scale it or whatever and it's just not,freaking spending it's so annoying i,know how annoying it can be to actually,want to scale something or you want to,test something and your ad account is,not spending even when you're setting it,at lowest cost in this video we're going,to go ahead and answer all those,questions but before we get started i,just wanted to throw it out there that i,have a brand new mini course on tick,tock which is going to get more detail,about tick tock ads product research for,tick tock and everything and the link,down below is completely free go ahead,and download it,you know it's an hour of anything that,you need to learn about tick tock and,running tick-tock ads so make sure you,go ahead and check it out take your time,learn about tick-tock and implement the,things that you learn from um what i,have um inside the inside the course now,that you know that let's talk about why,your ad account is not spending and this,is the case most of the time for people,that just are opening an ad account so,let's say you just went on tick tock you,open an account uh you register for a,business manager you got an ad account,and now you're setting up your ads,everything looks good your pixel is set,up correctly your store looks good,everything that they need is out there,and now you set up your ads first day,you put in a conversion you set up a,conversion ad it doesn't spend any money,second day doesn't spend any money third,four it goes on does not spend any money,maybe like five cents six cents seven,cents you've been there if you're,watching this video you know that you've,been there right and it's super annoying,and you're like okay what the hell am i,doing wrong,i've had a phone conversation with,someone that knows what they're doing in,one of the reps that actually knows what,they're doing so here's the thing with,one of the things if you're setting,something for conversion first of all,set up your all your ad accounts with,with cbo it tends to not actually spend,if it decides sometimes some ad accounts,are fine you set up your account you set,up your testing account and it starts,spending with conversion when you do,complete purchase conversion it spends,but not all the time that's the case,right so a lot of times they pick some,ad accounts that they don't want you to,basically get to conversion right away,right so you either have to let it just,sit there for seven days before it,starts actually spending and every day,is going to spend a couple cents and,eventually he's gonna spend or there's,faster way to do it so what the rep told,me is that your ad account is not,optimizing they don't know what they're,doing they don't know what to look for,so technically they don't want to spend,your money because they don't really,know uh you know what you're you're,about that's what it is your account is,not warmed up you they don't want you to,spend your money they don't want you to,spend money so basically after talking,back and forth and emailing back and,forth with a bunch of reps and agents,and all that this is what they come up,with and this is kind of like what they,got got back to me right so i was like,hey i want to know why the account is,not spending like that's a brand new,account right so i have multiple,accounts that i work with i have agency,accounts agency accounts usually i don't,have any issues with so that's not ever,a problem but i just kind of wanted to,figure out for my students for my people,to know why this is happening because,all people come in they don't you know,and their accounts are not warmed up so,a lot of accounts that i have that are,already warmed up that i've been,spending thousands of dollars on they,never had this issue but when i open a,new account that's when the issue,happens when i open a new account it,just doesn't spend so this is kind of,what they told me right um it is normal,to see delay and fluctuation activity in,the beginning period of the delivery so,don't worry our system explore new,customers basically they're saying that,they can't figure out who to find,based on the things that you're,advertising so they don't spend your,money so what they're taking the data,during this stage is used to
